It says I have other Microsoft Office programs installed. I'm sure I've uninstalled all of them. I've read in some threads that uninstalling other Microsoft Office programs solves the problem.

The problem is where can I find these programs? You may b rowse to the location below and check if you find any edition of Office Office , Office , or Office installed on the computer. If found, uninstall all the edition and then try to install Office and check if it works fine without any error message. I've tried the uninstall method - twice. The first time I did the old fashioned way.

It didn't work. Second time - I used Revo Uninstaller. A friend recommended it to me because it removes left-over files. It worked. For a few days. It has an internet connection that is working - I don't know what office's Fu ing problem is.
